Two trojans came up on AVG but they were in files that had been here long before these problems, and also the problem has persisted after removing them. I've done multiple scans with AVG, RogueKiller and Malwarebytes. It just seems a little different to the problems I've been having with it and I feel like a virus might be the culprit. The thing that seems strange to me is that sometimes it's fine. Recently when I wake my laptop up from sleep or I try to start it up it can be incredibly slow, often to the point of crashing and needing a hard reset. My disk use is constantly around 90-100%, only occasionally dropping down below that, but this is an ongoing thing and I've been able to ignore it for months (tried countless fixes to no avail). ![]() I'm on a Lenovo G780 running Windows 10, it's been a very problematic transition from Windows 7 and the computer has developed all sorts of problems since the upgrade, however at the moment it seems like maybe it's something a little more serious.
